Client Services Associate – Bellevue, WA or Remote in US

The Client Services Associate reports directly to the Client Services Manager and will support the Operations team. We are looking for a Client Services Associate who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a customer service role. 

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Setup new accounts in CRM and portfolio accounting system.
  • Setup new rep records in CRM and portfolio accounting system.
  • Assist clients with transactions and requests.
  • Submit necessary documents to custodians via email, fax and mail.
  • Daily interaction with Clients by phone and email.
  • Prepare, review and process various account related forms and account maintenance paperwork.
  • Relationship building and support.
  • Account servicing and follow up.
  • Updates CRM in a timely manner with all account-related communications (create case notes, attach relevant emails, document phone conversations).
  • Correspond regularly with internal and external sales team.
  • Data entry, scanning and faxing documents.
  • Creating and distributing reports to sales team.

 Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a financial service and/or professional office environment.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and confidentially with clients.
  • Ability to interpret documents, understand procedures, write correspondence, and speak clearly to clients and employees.
  • Ability to routinely manage time sensitive situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely detailed-orientated.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Familiarity with portfolio accounting system and CRM software.
  • College graduates are preferred but willing to consider industry experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Series 65 license or willingness to pursue is preferred.
