Megan, a founding member and Chief Executive Officer of The Pacific Financial Group, Inc., guides the strategic direction of the firm and its team with vision and clarity. Under her leadership, TPFG continues to innovate, equipping advisors working with the firm, advanced solutions and industry-leading technology. Megan’s unwavering dedication ensures that every advisor has the resources necessary to deliver professional, attentive care to clients. Since joining The Pacific Financial Group, Inc. in 2006, Jill, a certified public accountant, brings over 30 years of experience, having held roles as Executive Controller, Vice President of Finance and now Corporate VP & Chief Financial Officer. Her commitment to her role has remained solid and unfaltering throughout her tenure.

Brooks has over four decades of brokerage industry experience and serves as TPFG's National Sales Manager. He has held senior executive roles at Bank of New York Investment Management, Pershing and Fidelity Investments. His experience brings unique insights, benefiting TPFG’s sales team. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Quinnipiac University and Series 4, 7, 24, 63 & 6 FINRA licenses.

Julie joined The Pacific Financial Group in 2015 as Director of National Retirement. Since then, she has played a key role in the development of RiskPro, our digital risk analysis platform, and contributed to the creation of our two-tiered Turnkey Asset Management Platforms. Today, Julie leads the Digital Marketing Department, overseeing ongoing strategic initiatives. With 25 years of securities licensing and comprehensive experience across the financial services sector, she brings deep industry expertise to our leadership team.

Marty joined TPFG in 2019, bringing more than 20 years of experience delivering strategic IT solutions and digital transformation that align with business objectives.  Marty leads the IT team in creating and improving the digital product offerings of TPFG and managing IT functions in relation to cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, technical support, and regulatory compliance.  Marty holds his Bachelor degree from San Diego State University, emphasizing in Information Decision Systems.

Brandon is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in advisor relations, strategic sales leadership, and fintech innovation in financial services. He has a proven ability to drive results, deepen advisor engagement, and grow territories through a consultative, value-driven approach.  Before joining TPFG Brandon grew assets significantly for AssetMark, Orion Portfolio Solutions, and intelliflo. Brandon’s expertise spans RIA and broker-dealer channels, territory development, team training, and strategic relationship management. Known for simplifying complex solutions, he consistently delivers exceptional advisor experiences.

Gregory Silberman is a seasoned investment professional with over two decades of global financial experience across North America, Europe, and Asia. Specializing in portfolio management, private equity, M&A, and alternative investments, he has a proven track record of delivering strategic investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, registered investment advisers, and private equity-owned businesses.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Witwatersran.He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®).

Kristen is a seasoned attorney and compliance leader with over 25 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining TPFG, Kristen served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at FS Investments (2020–2025). She provided expert guidance on regulatory compliance and oversaw fund governance. Kristen played a pivotal role in founding Chiron Investment Management (2015–2020), building its legal and compliance framework from the ground up. At Waddell & Reed/Ivy Investments (1995–2015), she scaled compliance operations for a firm managing over $100 billion in assets. Kristen holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Kansas. She is licensed with the Kansas Bar and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 certifications, along with a UniFi by CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investments Certificate. Known for her strategic insight, adaptability, and ability to foster a culture of compliance, Kristen runs a tight ship with her team at TPFG.
