Brooks Marston

EVP, National Sales Manager

Brooks has over four decades of brokerage industry experience and serves as TPFG's National Sales Manager. He has held senior executive roles at Bank of New York Investment Management, Pershing and Fidelity Investments. His experience brings unique insights, benefiting TPFG’s sales team. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Quinnipiac University and Series 4, 7, 24, 63 & 6 FINRA licenses.

Mark Kennedy

Vice President National Sales

Mark joined TPFG in April 2016 as an internal wholesaler covering the South Central region. Prior to TPFG, he was the Desk Director at Curian Capital/Jackson National, overseeing the Internal Sales team for the eastern half of the United States. Mark has held various positions in the Financial Services industry, including Equity Market Maker, Financial Advisor, and Operations. He holds a Series 65 license and is an avid golfer and a fan of the Tennessee Titans.

Travis Edington

Director of National Accounts & Strategic Partnerships

Travis Edington is Director of National Accounts & Strategic Partnerships at The Pacific Financial Group, Inc., where he builds and strengthens strategic partnerships with independent broker-dealers, RIAs, and key distribution partners.

Previously with Curian Capital and Estate & Financial Strategies, Travis holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Western Kentucky University.

Travis is a proud husband and father of three and enjoys exploring and traveling the world with them.

Brandon Bastuba, CFP®

Sr. VP Advisory Solutions

Brandon is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in advisor relations, strategic sales leadership, and fintech innovation in financial services. He has a proven ability to drive results, deepen advisor engagement, and grow territories through a consultative, value-driven approach. Before joining TPFG Brandon grew assets significantly for AssetMark, Orion Portfolio Solutions, and intelliflo. Brandon’s expertise spans RIA and broker-dealer channels, territory development, team training, and strategic relationship management. Known for simplifying complex solutions, he consistently delivers exceptional advisor experiences.

Parker Mosley, AIF®

Vice President - Southeast Region

Parker Mosley became a licensed Investment Advisor Representative in 2016 and joined The Pacific Financial Group a year later in 2017. His entire Wholesaling career has been dedicated to consulting with Independent Broker-Dealer and RIA channel advisors to develop their Sales & Marketing prowess. Parker currently serves as the Vice President of TPFG’s Southeast Region, supporting AUM growth through client seminars, educational workshops, conference presentations, and distribution of various Wealth Management strategies. In 2019 he obtained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary ® designation to better understand the complex roles & responsibilities of retirement plan advice. Parker’s favorite things in life are Ole Miss sports, grilling ribeyes, playing golf, and spending as much quality time with his wife and two daughters as possible.

Neil Nakagawa, AIF®

Vice President - West Region

Neil has over 25 years of experience in financial services, currently serving as VP of West Sales at The Pacific Financial Group since 2015. He is a polished presenter, has spoken at industry conferences, and hosts financial advisor and client seminars. Neil maintains a Series 65 and AIF designation and enjoys spending time with friends and family when not working.

Mike Jenco, AIF®, BFA™

Vice President - Mountain Region

Mike brings valuable industry experience to The Pacific Financial Group’s Western Regional sales team. He holds numerous industry-recognized certifications, including Series 65, and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado. Mike is an accomplished speaker at industry conferences and client events, helping financial planners provide invaluable retirement advice. He lives in Dever with his wife and two children. They enjoy traveling and Mike is a big sports fan, supporting the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers as well as the Colorado Buffaloes. In his spare time, he loves golfing, hunting, skiing, and working out.

Tony Root

Vice President Northeast Region

Tony comes to TPFG with valuable experience in wholesaling, most recently at Jackson National, where he managed advisor relationships across New Jersey and Pennsylvania and doubled Q4 sales year-over-year. He brings a strong foundation in financial services, advisor support, and product knowledge, along with proficiency in Salesforce. Tony holds both a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and an MBA from Salve Regina University, where he also served as Vice President of the Options Trading Club. He currently holds his SIE, Series 6, 63, and Tennessee Health and Life licenses.

Craig Olsen

Assistant Vice President- West Region

Craig joined The Pacific Financial Group in August 2017 and has over fifteen years of industry experience. He enjoys working with Financial Advisors, building trusted alliances, and holds a Series 65 license. In his free time, Craig values spending time with his family and coaching his boys’ sports teams.

Brian Leonard

Internal Sales Consultant - Mountain Region

Brian is our Internal Sales Consultant supporting advisors and clients in the Mountain Region. His primary role is managing sales and service activities and developing highly effective, communications-focused relationships with advisory firms throughout a 13-state territory. Prior to joining TPFG, Brian was a National Account Manager for Nolan Transportation Group. Brian is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, and is a proud graduate of the Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business with an emphasis in Advertising and promotion.

Trevor Aldridge

Internal Sales Consultant - North East & Great Lakes Regions

Trevor joined TPFG in 2022 as a Business Development Associate and now works as an Internal Sales Consultant for the Northeast territory. He previously served in the US Navy and studied Journalism and Political Science at Middle Tennessee State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog and rooting for sports teams such as the Tennessee Titans, Memphis Grizzlies, and Atlanta Braves.

Jack Hearn

Internal Sales Consultant - Southeast Region

Jack began his role as an Internal Wholesaler with TPFG in 2022. He earned a degree in Business Administration from Washington College. He enjoys making new connections and helping advisors find new ways to help their clients using TPFG’s platform. When he’s not assisting financial advisors in the Southeast Region, you can find him spending time with his wife and daughter, or on a hiking trail near his home in Nashville.
