Parker Mosley, AIF®

Vice President - South Central Region

Parker has been in wholesaling since 2015, supporting sales and marketing efforts to financial advisors. He is the Vice President of Sales for TPFG's South Central Region. In 2019, he earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation from Fi360 and currently holds a Series 65 license. He has a B.A. from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).

Neil Nakagawa, AIF®

Vice President - West Region

Neil has over 25 years of experience in financial services, currently serving as VP of West Sales at The Pacific Financial Group since 2015. He is a polished presenter, has spoken at industry conferences, and hosts financial advisor and client seminars. Neil maintains a Series 65 and AIF designation and enjoys spending time with friends and family when not working.

Mike Jenco, AIF®, BFA™

Vice President - Mountain Region

Mike brings valuable industry experience to The Pacific Financial Group’s Western Regional sales team. He holds numerous industry-recognized certifications, including Series 65, and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado. Mike is an accomplished speaker at industry conferences and client events, helping financial planners provide invaluable retirement advice. He lives in Denver with his wife, Tasha, and their two children. They enjoy traveling and Mike is a big sports fan, supporting the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers as well as the Colorado Buffaloes. In his spare time, he loves golfing, hunting, skiing, and working out.

Logan Cummings

Vice President - Great Lakes Region

Logan joined our team at TPFG in 2018. Prior to joining, he spent 18 years coaching financial advisors as the senior vice president of sales at CLS Investments. Logan is responsible for distribution in our Great Lakes territory and holds a Series 65 license. He has a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Nebraska.

Craig Olsen

Assistant Vice President- West Region

Craig joined The Pacific Financial Group in August 2017 and has over fifteen years of industry experience. He enjoys working with Financial Advisors, building trusted alliances, and holds a Series 65 license. In his free time, Craig values spending time with his family and coaching his boys’ sports teams.

Brian Leonard

Internal Sales Consultant - Mountain Region

Brian is our Internal Sales Consultant supporting advisors and clients in the Mountain Region. His primary role is managing sales and service activities and developing highly effective, communications-focused relationships with advisory firms throughout a 13-state territory. Prior to joining TPFG, Brian was a National Account Manager for Nolan Transportation Group. Brian is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, and is a proud graduate of the Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business with an emphasis in Advertising and promotion.

Trevor Aldridge

Internal Sales Consultant - Great Lakes Region

Trevor joined TPFG in 2022 as a Business Development Associate and now works as an Internal Sales Consultant for the Great Lakes territory. He previously served in the US Navy and studied Journalism and Political Science at Middle Tennessee State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog and rooting for sports teams such as the Tennessee Titans, Memphis Grizzlies, and Atlanta Braves.

Joe Carey

Internal Sales Associate - South Central Region

Joe, who recently joined the sales team as an Internal Sales Associate, lives in Seattle but will be working with Parker Mosley in the South-Central region. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Washington and has experience in client services. Joe's previous role as an inside sales representative will help him in providing solutions to TPFG advisors. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest and is a fan of the Seattle Kraken.

Patrick White

Vice President - North East Region

Patrick is a 25-year veteran of the asset management industry. Before joining TPFG, he was the VP of Sales – Eastern US for Helios Quantitative Research, an AI-driven outsourced CIO platform. He has also served as a VP/Regional Sales Director for some of the largest money managers in the industry, including Calamos Investments, PNC Capital Advisors, Janus Capital Group, and Gartmore Global Investments, the former asset management arm of Nationwide Insurance. Patrick studied Economics at Lynchburg College, where he met his wife, played lacrosse, and was a member of the Student Admissions Council. He resides in Nashville, TN area with his wife, three adult children, and their two dogs.

Brooks Marston

EVP, National Sales Manager

Brooks has over three decades of brokerage industry experience and serves as TPFG's National Sales Manager. He brings unique insights from his time at firms like BNY Mellon and Fidelity, benefiting newer team members. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Quinnipiac University and various FINRA licenses, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of the financial services sector.

Mark Kennedy

Vice President National Sales

Mark joined TPFG in April 2016 as an internal wholesaler covering the South Central region. Prior to TPFG, he was the Desk Director at Curian Capital/Jackson National, overseeing the Internal Sales team for the eastern half of the United States. Mark has held various positions in the Financial Services industry, including Equity Market Maker, Financial Advisor, and Operations. He holds a Series 65 license and is an avid golfer and a fan of the Tennessee Titans.

Darrell Szymanski, AIF®

Senior Vice President National Sales

Darrell joined the TPFG team in July 2009 with 4 years of experience in the independent broker/dealer channel. Previously, he was a senior vice president for an alternative investment firm, overseeing management and product training for internal sales representatives. Darrell started his finance career with Charles Schwab and currently holds a Series 65 license. He holds a B.S. from California State University, Hayward.
