Self-Service, “Resend DocuSign” Button Added on Rep Dashboard

The self-service, “resend DocuSign” button is now on the Rep Dashboard.

• Any user can effortlessly initiate a resend of DocuSign envelopes directly from their dashboard if an envelope ID is listed on the envelope ID column.

Enhancement:

Improved email subject language for specific transitions on Service Requests.

• Now, when a user initiates a request and is passed to an Advisor for data entry, the email subject will accurately reflect the transition, eliminating the placeholder language and enhancing clarity in communication.
